Following a merger and rebrand, Delve—a highly regarded product design and engineering consultancy—needed to reintroduce itself to the market, reach new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients by expanding services across different divisions.

Content Strategy

I developed a content strategy to position Delve as a trusted thought leader in product design and development, with a focus on the healthcare, medtech, and technology sectors. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts, I created educational and insightful content tailored to address clients’ business challenges. Each piece was aligned with our business strategy, strengthening relationships and driving business development. By delivering consistent, on-brand messaging across channels—including social media, blog posts, and sales collateral—the strategy significantly contributed to the growth of Delve’s sales pipeline.
